Hi, I’m Leah and I’m am the owner of Small Business Back Office. I don’t fit into any particular sized box. As a freelancer that specialises in business operations, web, admin and systems for small business that can be a good thing.

For the past 30 years my roles have been at the axis of business operations, people development and technology. Over the years I’ve gained a wealth of experience in areas of customer experience, process, systems and communication.

I’ve had experience with startups, long-term small business and corporates. The focus and energy that small business owners have is the reason that they are my favourite people to work with.

I work with clients across Australia and have over 20 years experience working remotely. Currently I’m based on the NSW north coast in the Clarence Valley.
